Meeting Program: The speaker for tomorrow’s Rotary meeting (Wed, 11/11) is Rob Mancabelli, who is the Director of Information Systems at HCRHS. He will be speaking to us about the school’s “1:1 Netbook Pilot Project”. This is a regular lunch meeting at Copper Hill Country Club at 12:15pm.
Soup Cook-Off Meeting (Wed, 11/18 @ 3pm): Bob Burgard has called the next meeting for the 2010 “3rd Annual” Hunterdon County Rotary Soup Cook-off on November 18 at 3 PM. The meeting will be held in Lisa Brady's office at Hunterdon Central Regional High School.
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony (Fri, 12/4): Dick Stothoff has announced that this year’s Christmas Tree will be cut down and delivered to Main Street on Sat, November 21. The actual Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on Friday, 12/4. Rotarians that will be helping Santa Claus to handout candy canes and oranges to the attending children are asked to meet at 6:45pm behind the Deat’s Building in Flemington. Santa will be arriving at the Christmas Tree at approximately 7pm. Once the Tree Lighting Ceremony is over, everyone is invited to the annual After-Party at Dick & Priscilla Stothoff’s home!!!!
Rotary Holiday Party (Wed, 12/9 at 6:30pm): The Rotary Club of Flemington would like to warmly invite you and your spouse / guest to our annual holiday party. The party will be on Wed, December 9th at The Inn at The Lambertville Station located at 11 Bridge Street, Lambertville, NJ 08530 from 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm. The evening will include, hors devours, cash bar, gourmet dinner, desert, dancing and the wonderful Flemington Rotary Fellowship that makes us who we are. Cost is $25 per person for all members and spouses / guests.

Please note that the Lambertville Station requires a head count and no refunds will be offered. Therefore, members that RSVP will be responsible for the $25 per person cost in the event they are not able to later attend.
Checks shall be written out to “Rotary Club of Flemington” with “Holiday Party” in the memo line and given to Terry Ownes.
The regular noon club meeting on Wed, 12/9 has been canceled in lieu of the dinner.
Flemington Rotary HATS – For Sale: Bob Burgard purchased (20) Royal Blue baseball hats with the Rotary International Logo embroidered onto them. Bob is selling these just to recover his costs of purchasing them, which is $10 per hat. Payment shall be directly to Bob Burgard as he bought these himself on a first come, first served basis.

3rd: Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
4th: Will it be beneficial to all concerned?”
